Job Title: Front of House Team Member

Location: The Croft Farm Shop, Enniskillen

Contract: Full-Time
Hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 9:30am–5:00pm

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee and customer service, comfortable working in a fast-paced coffee shop environment, and happy to support across all front-of-house duties.

This role involves serving customers, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the coffee shop. You will also have the opportunity to learn how to prepare high-quality speciality coffees and drinks.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for all customers.

• Take customer orders, handle payments, and operate the till efficiently.

• Assist with serving food, clearing tables, and maintaining clean customer areas.

• Support with opening and closing duties.

• Replenish stock, monitor supplies, and assist with daily cleaning tasks.

• Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety throughout the coffee shop.

• Handle busy service periods calmly and professionally.

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, teas, cold drinks, and other beverages consistently.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a coffee shop, hospitality role, or customer service environment preferred.

• Barista experience is desirable, though training can be provided for the right candidate.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Friendly, approachable, and positive attitude.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with shifts.

• Understanding of food hygiene and allergen awareness is beneficial.
