Job Title: Full-Time Barista & Front of House Team Member
Location: The Croft Farm Shop, Enniskillen
Contract: Full-Time
Hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 9:30am–5:00pm
About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Barista & Front of House Team Member to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee and customer service, comfortable working in a fast-paced coffee shop environment, and happy to support across all front-of-house duties.
This role involves preparing high-quality speciality coffees and drinks, serving customers, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the coffee shop.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, teas, cold drinks, and other beverages consistently.
Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for all customers.
Take customer orders, handle payments, and operate the till efficiently.
Assist with serving food, clearing tables, and maintaining clean customer areas.
Support with opening and closing duties.
Replenish stock, monitor supplies, and assist with daily cleaning tasks.
Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety throughout the coffee shop.
Handle busy service periods calmly and professionally.
Requirements
Previous experience in a coffee shop, hospitality role, or customer service environment preferred.
Barista experience is desirable, though training can be provided for the right candidate.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Friendly, approachable, and positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Reliable, punctual, and flexible with shifts.
Understanding of food hygiene and allergen awareness is beneficial.

Contract: May 2026 – February 2027, with possible extension
Hours: 5 days a week, 9:30am–4.30pm
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and creative Cook to cover a maternity period from May 2026 to February 2027, with a strong possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently in a small kitchen, preparing a variety of brunches, acai bowls, and occasional specials.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality.
Assist in planning and preparing occasional specials.
Maintain excellent kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
Manage stock levels, including ordering and rotating ingredients.
Work efficiently during busy periods while keeping the kitchen clean and organised.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
Follow all relevant health, safety, and allergen procedures.
Requirements
Previous experience in a café, coffee shop, or small kitchen environment.
Strong cooking skills with the ability to work independently.
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices (Food Hygiene Certificate preferred).
Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
Ability to manage time effectively and remain calm under pressure.
