If you are unable to make the cookie afternoon and you notify us via email or phone within 48hours, we will process your refund. Any cancellations within 48hours before the event are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to cancel any event if necessary. In the event that the cookie event is cancelled for any reason we will notify you via email and issue a full refund or a transfer to another available date.
Please keep your email booking confirmation as your ticket and use this as your entry into the event.
