A collaboration coffee with Common Ground and The Croft, inspired by the third wave coffee culture of Northern Ireland. The result is a full bodied medium roasted complex coffee which is sweet and a wee bit fruity.
The backbone of this blend is the washed Colombian which brings body, a small touch of acidity and some sweet cocoa. A washed Ethiopian & Kenyan add fine floral and fruity notes of chocolate, peach and berries.
